Making small, step by step nutritional changes will add up to big shifts in your child.
Remove these 7 things from your child's diet:

• Artificial additives: these flavours and colours can be seen as toxins by your child’s body causing more strain on an already compromised system.
• Preservatives- preservatives are made up of fatty acids that can worsen gastrointestinal symptoms.
• Monosodium glutamate: found in processed foods and eating it can cause an imbalance of glutamate in the brain that can cause emotional imbalance.
• Artificial sweeteners- They can affect the gut microbiome or cause intestinal upsets.
• GMOs and pesticides: they are powerful toxins that can affect the immune system directly.
• Gluten and casein: undigested gluten and casein can act as an opiate, causing brain fog and irritability as well as gut inflammation.
• Sugar: it is inflammatory to the whole body and feeds yeasts contributing to a yeast overgrowth.
