DR CHANTELL GROENEWALDM.TECH HOM (UJ)
Registered Homeopath Golden Key Honour Society HSA Member Iridology PR No: 048 5233 I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. Most of all, I am a healer passionate about female health. Before completing my masters in Homeopathy at the university of Johannesburg in 2012, I studied BSc Microbiology at the university of Bloemfontein.
I have been in private practice since 2012 where I have honed my passion for female health, with a special interest in chronic female inflammatory diseases, mental health, weight management and infertility. I host female health workshops and serve as guest speaker at female events and corporate wellness days. I believe women should be educated so that they can feel empowered on their healing journey. Homeopathy is a safe, gentle and effective system of medicine which stimulates your body’s own healing abilities, which I use in conjunction with tailored nutritional and lifestyle medicine. |

Each woman is an individual and should be treated as such, there is no one size fits all. Health begins with one step at a time, one healthy decision at a time and the right mindset.
"Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must but take the step". - Naeem Callaway

“Do no harm" would be my motto for your body. It is often much easier than you would think. |
I , Dr Marike de Klerk, qualified at UJ in 1999 as a homeopath.
Perhaps you would like to hear that I chose this profession because I was passionate about homeopathy and natural medicine. In all honesty, I cannot. I walked in blindly, and even after qualifying, did not develop this passion until I started seeing patients at my first practice on the East Rand. Every year I learned more about the body’s workings and how to assist patients onto a healthy healing path. After 20 years of studying health and how to achieve this, I am still in awe of the intricacies of the body and still learning every day. The feeling of absolute satisfaction when I can help guide a patient to good health is unsurpassed and has become my mission in life. I believe every patient has the power to take their health into their own hands, and with my guidance, be able to have the best health outcomes. I don’t think longevity is the key. The key is to live with quality for the time that we have. Having a history of gastrointestinal problems has made me lean towards the treatment of these patients. I also have a soft spot for children and babies and the smile on a mother’s face when she makes her child’s health a priority and succeeds in making them better, is a highlight in my work day. Autoimmune diseases as well as chronic fatigue is challenging but I enjoy taking the journey with my patient. |
